Guest guest
I guess as I re-read this I should clarify this a little...below... & gt; Ideally I'd like to find something that doesn't make & gt; the air-sacs & gt; dilate anymore as they are already set to burst with & gt; the & gt; hyper-inflation. The MD put me on a bronchiodilator! & gt; This makes & gt; absolutely no sense to me. Why would you put someone & gt; on something that & gt; would aggrevate the situation even more making it & gt; even harder to & gt; exhale because of the resulting damage?! & gt; OK..tangent. & gt; & gt; Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated! & gt; & gt; Thanks & gt; & gt; Chris I understand wanting to open the passageways to let mucus out, but in doing so it (I would think) causes the airsacs to burst causing more hyperinflation... I could be wrong... & gt; I would recommend cutting out all milk and dairy & gt; from your diet. I have had & gt; good results from an herb called stone root. You can & gt; get it in liquid or & gt; capsules-I prefer the liquid. Keep us updated & gt; & gt; Troy That's fot the suggestions....stone root eh? Is that commonly available or should I search for it on the Net? Thanks again.... Chris
Guest guest
Check your local health food stores for the stone root--or online. I was acquainted with it in the Eat Right 4 your Type book
