I know of Fenugreek, Mullein, Yerba Santa & Elecampane and there are othes.

These R the main ones that I know off.

osha root is good, too. And there is an excellent cough syrup I've discovered

this winter: Planetary brand, the name is Old Indian Wild Cherry Bark cough

syrup. Quite a long name and hard to remember. I buy it at smartbomb.com

because it is cheaper. I found it in our local health food store and at Fred

Meyer for about $8 a bottle. Very very good stuff. It has osha root, I believe

ellecampane and a lot of other wonderful herbs in it.
