Guest guest
osha root is good, too. And there is an excellent cough syrup I've discovered this winter: Planetary brand, the name is Old Indian Wild Cherry Bark cough syrup. Quite a long name and hard to remember. I buy it at smartbomb.com because it is cheaper. I found it in our local health food store and at Fred Meyer for about $8 a bottle. Very very good stuff. It has osha root, I believe ellecampane and a lot of other wonderful herbs in it.
