Guest guest
I spent 2 and 1/2 months of acupuncture treatment and chiropractic treatment to get rid of my fatigue, it worked and I had a nice trip. I still feel note of my liver and spleen problems but have to stop treatment for a time. What I wanted to say, I don't remember mentioning it before was a very good visit I had about 2 weeks before leaving for my trip. Each acupuncture visit left me feeling very good but some of my symptoms returned that I thought I would feel like crap while I was away too. One day I had my visit and that evening I went to bed and woke up to the feeling of cool air rushing up my leg and arm and across my back. This was 2 in the morning. I felt I could start cleaning the house. I mentioned this to my acupuncturist and he said that most people get this when they enter a stage of healing. And most people experience this in the late afternoon. He never heard of this happening so early in the morning. Well I have to be different. I want to just say that sometimes it feels frustrating to think if you are going to get well by acupuncture or not at first. Please stick it out. It is very worth while. This same thing happened to me when I had my kidney meridian worked on but the cool air I felt wasn't in the same place. My whole body felt energized. If anyone knows about this effect and could comment on it I would be interested in your thoughts. It is sooo very interesting to experience this. While I was on my vacation I noticed that my energy level was a bit low in the morning but by 11 I felt an increase of my energy. Interesting. But I had a blast anyway!. BTW, the feeling more fatigued in the morning but being better by 11am could be Stomanch Qi Deficiency and some blood sugar problems. Guest guest
I was wondering if there was another area yet to work on myself. I had so many problems that I now feel I am down to figuring out what causes what and where to go for help when it comes back. I wondered about the blood sugar too. Thank you! Guest guest
Hi Liz, what you describe as a feeling of cool air is the cool(cold)energy(Qi) of the earth -it is related to the kidneys, (enters us through k-1)and ascends the legs. very cool indeed! Guest guest
Thanks Marcos, I didn't really expect the reference to Chi being cold, actually having a cool or cold feeling to it literally. It really does and you can feel it very well if you got a heat condition like me.
