Guest guest
Okay when I said fresh ginger was hotter to me I meant that it tasted hotter, i.e burned more, and I definitely did not get the same hot sensation in my mouth throat and tongue , when I used dried ginger as when I used fresh ginger. I did not know about the differences though. So which is best to use if you are looking to warm cold feet hands and nose, and which is best to use if you want to aid digestion. In my experience(personal)the fresh ginger works better for alleviating sinus colds sore throat and digestion. Comments??
