Guest guest
I am in CT and would like to find someone who can do herbs for me. How do I go about finding an herbalist trained in TCM? Does the herbalist do pulses and look at the tongue like a Chinese acupuncturist would? Thanks - Cat ^. .^ ~

I would suggest simply asking the acupuncutrists in the area if they *write their own formulas*. this is generally a better quality than someone who pulls a bottle off their shelves labled " tinnitus " . > Does the herbalist do pulses and look at the tongue like a Chinese > acupuncturist would? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. But a good TCM herbalist will use tongue, pulse, and inquiry in the diagnostic procedures. -- Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. -Adlai Stevenson
