Liver Yang Rising-Kidney and Spleen Deficiency

I had filled out a specific questionaire and even sent pictures of

the tongue to get a diagnosis for me. I was replied back as having

Liver Yang Rising and Kidney, spleen deficiency. Kidney was

deficient from birth accordingly and the other organs have been

affected indirectly.

If anyone has any input especially on the Liver Yang Rising as I am

unsure of what that is truly of meaning of...I would appreciate the

input. I have looked into the foods as that is the method I try to

approach with. Mainly looking at sour foods along with bitter and

sweet to supplement deficient kidney and remove damp. I have a lot

of dampness aquired in the form of edema of the low body. Currently

trying to work on getting the edema relieved.
