Darling lady,We all feel that frisson of fear sometimes. I felt it with those lumps a fortnight ago. I'm sure it's not over reaction, just the way nature focuses our minds on setting about fixing things. There is so much fear of disease , that I had hoped to put the flu stuff into perspective after all the media screeching - the sky is falling. For example - that rotten eczematous toenail I mentioned a while ago? Well, the darned thing is still draining, yet the allopathic people would have had me dead and buried from septicaemia weeks ago. All my dr says is watch out for those tell tale red lines up the foot and leg and carry on with what I'm doing. No abx!! I'm apple juice fasting at the moment, so I can do the olive oil gallbladder cleanse on Monday. For bone pain, I have used homoeopathic

Ledum successfully. My children are in their 30's and never had pain killers, even with fractured bones. Others in the family have used it for cancer pain. One DS did have a local anaesthetic in the armpit while the bones were reset, but once he was in a cast, he chose not to have any. I was surprised, as before the cast is fully dry, the coldness can add to the pain. I did buy some just in case, and years later returned them unused to the chemist, for disposal. Those wonderful proteolytic and pancreatic enzymes help to reduce chronic and acute inflammation.BromelainChymotrypsinPapain· TrypsinAlso the sulphur compounds, MSM and DMSOLove to you and

Thank you Mara. I will relax. As you can tell, I sometimes tend to overreact to certain things.

Unyquity just sent me a detailed email on how to heal a hernia naturally and I have already implemented the foot reflexology part. We plan to tackle the rest.

And yes, it is so important to pray for all members of the group. I thank you all for praying for one another.

I'll say it again....... We have an exceptional group of people here. We are not just a forum, we are a family.

Hugs,
