Hi one and all.

I have a question to ask please feel free to unswer.

Is the inositol/ Ip6 we talking here for cancer, the same as the one people in health food stores try to sell me vitamin B8.

They say vitamin B8 is inositol, or if i take the B complex i will get my inositol from there.

I asked for inositol/ Ip6 and they looked me like i just arived from another planet in 5-6 health food stores in my area

Please help

Hugs Mary

Or is different because of the ingredients it contains

Hi Mary,I don't know the answer to your question. However if the information you have received here is incorrect, customs will allow you to import Inositol/IP6 into Australia. I have no problems with any of the supplements I have imported so far.blessings, Eva.--- On Wed, 5/6/09, Maria Stathopoulos <mary1kon wrote:Maria Stathopoulos <mary1kon Inositol/Ip6oleander soup Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2009, 3:49 AM

Mary,

Try asking for Phytic Acid instead of IP6. Phytic acid is another name for IP6.

And to answer your other question, Vitamin B8 is inositol, but NOT IP6. They are

similar but not he same. See the differences by comparing

(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inositol) with

(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inositol_hexaphosphate) If these links don't work,

try " cut & paste " or go to wikipedia and search for " Inosital " and " phytic

acid. "

Hope this helps,
