Utopia Silver owner responds (Utopia buy one get one free??)

As I said, the offer is a lifetime one. Here is the response from Ben Taylor:

In their defense, there is occasionally someone trying to `game' the system, but they should run it by me just to be sure rather than alienating a customer.
