Guest guest
I ordered oleander from south africa, I got the tracking number, then on thursday, I noticed it passed customs and went to sorting facility, now on friday I track again, it says successfully delivered item!! and signed by someone else...what da heck is going on? the guy's last name doesnt even start like mine.....and there are no tenants in my building with this last name...im going to hunt down the post man!!!!!! so either someone else got my package without checkin ID, or the mail man is a dirty *******. They told me you have to start the investigation from south africa when they lost it in Montreal.............completely illogical! Marc has been great, hopefully I can sort this out soon and get my oleander! I found someone at canada post who can help me out...a friend of a friend... Cause officially they wont budge and give me any info, and the funny part they " lost " it here in Montreal, Quebec! Anyways, wanted to thank Marc for the co-operation We will sort this out..... If I find out the mail man (if he did take my package) he will also loose his jaw! haha the funny part is below, could potentially happen: Next week in the news, a middle eastern male has suddenly died by drinking the whole bottle that he received from south africa hahaha Sometimes good to have a laugh! I hope he needs the oleander more then me, God help him
Guest guest
Niko, I am so sorry to hear this! It is amazing how everything is so bereaucratic. Even the post office, such a simple thing is made so complicated. You would think they would have an exact record of where it was delivered. I hope your friend of a friend and help and speed things up. Guest guest
Welcome to Canada Post, eh? Why did someone have to sign for it if it was delivered by Canada Post? Sometimes when I order something that gets tracked, I get an email notifying me of a successful delivery but that means it was delivered to the local 'succursale'. The mail man may not have delivered it yet or maye you'll get a card that indicates you have to go to the post office to pick it up. The signature may be the mailman.
