Guest guest
I went to the Southerlandia site to look into ordering. I see there is a liquid form and a capsule form. The capsule form seems more expensive. I figured the liquid at the recommended dosage would last 33 days. I prefer to start with the liquid because I have always been sensitive to substances that cause your heart to race. As a child with asthma, the meds sent me through the roof. When I was having premature labor, I could not take the recommended Breathine, so they put me on Yutopar, which was a nightmare too. It made my heart pound until my teeth were rattling, but at least I didn't have the side effects of severe anxiety that I got with Breathine. I can't drink coffee as it produces anxiety in me as well. So I thought that if I had the liquid form I could begin with smaller doses and see what effect this has on me. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Blessings, Jill~
Guest guest
Hey Jill, I ordered the liquid form myself. I am fighting cancer in my throat and swallowing capsules is often difficult for me. And you are correct that you have a greater ability to vary the dosage. The only down side is that it's easier to transport the capsules in you pocket than a bottle when you are taking it on the go. I carry a lunch box with my protocol with me and that works ok. It's top loading with a strap that keeps the bottle upright. That's important since the cap they use on the OPC tends to leak a little if it is laid on its side. Hope that helps, Matthew Moore oleander soup , " lillisilly " <evangelnet wrote: > > I went to the Southerlandia site to look into ordering. > > I see there is a liquid form and a capsule form. Guest guest
Hi Jill, Just want to mention that even though my heart raced a bit upon starting to take Oleander, and it was just a little, nothing to write home about, Oleander works extremely well for anxiety. The heart racing, along with the low grade temperature subsided and I have not had any problems since. Just start slow and increase the dosage. oleander soup , "lillisilly" <evangelnet wrote:>> I went to the Southerlandia site to look into ordering. > > I see there is a liquid form and a capsule form.
