Guest guest
Hi Mary, I use whole food supplements - I use aphanizomenon flos aquae, an organic fresh water blue green algae, which is the most nutrient-dense food on the planet - name the nutrient, and it's in there, naturally occurring - this is the one I use - http://tinyurl.com/g1iz I also use their whole food antioxidant - you get the antioxidant vitamins from foods, not isolated ingredients - the only ingredients in the capsule are organic wheat sprouts, organic blue green algae, and red algae - plus plant fiber for the capsule - http://tinyurl.com/6vxtu I also like their stem cell support product, scientifically shown to increase the proliferation of bone marrow stem cells by as much as 70%. While not 100% whole food (because it has vitamin D3 and carnosine in it), it is mostly whole foods (blueberry, green tea, blue green algae) - it's the combo of these ingredients that make it work. The plant-based enzymes they carry are cultivated on a plant medium. They have added blue green algae in the capsule because of the mineral content of the algae (enzymes don't work without minerals) - http://tinyurl.com/mkwo Carol , Mary Kemp <marykemp222 wrote: > > Hello there, > My question is, has or does anyone in this group use whole food > supplements, and if you do can you please tell me what brand you use, > and if you notice any difference if you take them or not. > > Specifically whole food supplements, not multi vitamins. > > Thanks a bunch! > Mary

Guest guest
I have just switched from taking synthetic vitamin supplements to whole food only and after doing many internet searches, I found some great ones at: https://drbenkim.com/sunshop/. I ordered the vitamin C and the greens and I feel really good after taking them. My skin even feels softer and I have more energy. I hope this helps. -Amanda
