Here is a quick & easy Mexican Veggie Soup/Chili

Bag of Frozen Mixed Veggies (many stores sell bags of veggies that are made for

soup)

Ground beef and/or Ground chuck (about 1lb or more to your liking)

2 cans of Tomato Soup

1 can of Diced Tomatoes (using the can with Basil, Garlic or other seasoning

just adds to this)

Jar of salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot) whatever your preference

Directions:

Prepare your ground meat in the frying pan then add to Crock Pot the Veggies,

Ground Beef, 2 cans of Tomato Soup, diced tomatoes and the Salsa. You can add

the whole jar of Salsa or 1/2. Depends on how spicy you want it.

I prefer to have this pretty thick but you can add water to make it more soupy.

Cook in crockpot until WARM....serve with Chips and/or Crackers of your choice.

Since I created this one on my own I don't have true measurements but I truly

don't think you can't screw it up in anyway.

HAPPY Crockpotting.....

What the heck?

I think this ended up in the wrong forum. And by the way, since when did ground

beef qualify as vegetarian? Oh... it doesn't say vegetarian, it says " veggie " .

Naina:

Seeing how most crock pots are set to run at about 170 degress anything cooked like that wouldn't be on my anticancer diet.

Unfortunately this sounds unhealthy but is probably tastie, just not what we need. I think fresh veggies would help and no meat would be best.
