Guest guest
My son Cris and I went for a brisk hour walk in the Oakland hills today. We stopped at the top of a steep hill to catch our breath, and I remarked in surprise that I feel great. I went on to say that I don't know whether it's adding glutathione to liposomal Vitamin C, or dental surgery (probably too soon), but that feeling good probably doesn't mean that the cancer is getting smaller, just that I feel physically healthy. He stood there gasping and laughing at me, saying he couldn't keep up with me. (Cris is 42, and I'm 70.) He said that my perspective is skewed; my onco said eight months ago that according to statistics, I'd be dead in less than a year, or taking chemo which would leave me weak and nauseous, but give me an additional year. And here I am bitching about feeling physically great!! We laughed and hugged! Rhoda
