My holistic doctor is kind of cautious of me taking too much iodine and only suggested me taking 2 or 3 drops logul. However, many iodine experts also some of our members have suggested taking lot more. Just came across this article

http://www.endocrin etoday.com/ comments. aspx?rid= 38977

I am so confused. I am currently taking armour for my thyroid problem. Helen

I am also on Armour for hypothyroidism. Over the years, I have avoided

iodine based on the fact that I was afraid I would go hyper. Instead, I

developed breast cancer - which low iodine can contribute to. Go to

http://www.breastcancerchoices.org and read about iodine. You can order

their iodine loading test - it isn't very expensive. I was surprised

when I tested low on iodine.
