Guest guest
If the product says for external use only I guess it is better used on your skin and not ingested. I got Amazing Herbs Black Seed Oil, instructions were 1 to 2 teaspoons daily with food. However, my family couldn-t stomach the taste (it is pretty strong and tends to repeat on you). So I guess I will end up taking it all myself whereas it was really for my hubby. Maybe the the taste thing is a personl matter or maybe someone else can give you a tip on how to make it go down a little easier but I would think you would need a product for internal use first.
