To All: Upon emailing (Appalachian Valley Natural Products) with respect to

concentration and mixing instructions.......

The tirade I received from the owner of this firm you would not believe. I

cannot recommend this supplier.

I get mine from sweet sunnah and it doesn't say that. I take it interally daily.

If the product says for external use only I guess it is better used on your skin

and not ingested.

I got Amazing Herbs Black Seed Oil, instructions were 1 to 2 teaspoons daily

with food. However, my family couldn-t stomach the taste (it is pretty strong

and tends to repeat on you). So I guess I will end up taking it all myself

whereas it was really for my hubby.

 

Maybe the the taste thing is a personl matter or maybe someone else can give you

a tip on how to make it go down a little easier but I would think you would need

a product for internal use first.
