Black Cumin Seed Oil

Greetings, I can't remember if I ever posted here but I have reading

this group's posts for about a yr. now. I must say I find this group

one of the best sources of info I get and consider it invaluable. I

am just a natural health nut and I like to research and collect info on

all natural products which includes, herbs, essential oils, teas, you

name it and I am interested. I have a lot of stuff I take and have on

hand just in case for myself or to help someone else. Anyway someone

mentioned Black Cumin Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa). I just ordered some

from a very good essential oil company called " Appalachian Valley

Natural Products " website www.av-at.com. Their essential oils are some

of the best I have ever used. Also has anyone ever used Oil Of Oregano?

There is a book called 'The Cure Is In The Cupboard'. You can purchase

the book at www.taoofherbs.com. They have an super extra potent form of

Oregano Oil that is suppose to be awesome. Also another great essential

oil I have heard great things about is 'Frankincense' (Boswelia

Frereana). I think the best ones out there are from Young Living and

Appalachian Valley Naturals'. Just wanted to share some things I have

come across that I think will help people. I would like to hear more

info. on the Black Cumin Seed oil. If anyone has any testimonies or
