Guest guest
I just finished the 5 day liver cleanse. Wow, that was intense. Not sure I will be able to muster the courage to do that again. I felt nausious all night the forth night and most of today. That could be due to a release of toxins. Not the best timing with Easter being TOMARROW! Well that's my rant for today, still waiting for my shipment of OPC. Matthew Moore
Guest guest
Good for you Matthew, so true they are not fun but very worthy! You are right the nausea is toxin release, hopefully you can muster up again, the next times will get better. Truth be known you might have some diarrhea side effects from the S/OPC...might I say though not everyone gets it, but just so you are prepared. Guest guest
Bless your heart Matthew, no it's not pleasant, but it is effective, and it is also necessary so your liver will be able to filter out the toxins that the Oleander will bring forth. If you do feel discomfort with the Oleander, remember...... easy does it. If you should have any uncomfortable gastric side effects, just wait until they pass to increase the dosage. Actually, many people don't have any side effects at all. > I just finished the 5 day liver cleanse. Wow, that was intense. Not sure I will be able to muster the courage to do that again. Guest guest
Hi Matthew!Just finished a liver cleanse with my husband. Rough! We felt nauseated through the night. We always do it together so we can laugh at each other's misery. It is a shocking experience,no?This time around, we found lemon juice mixed with the epsom salts really cut back on the awful taste. Guest guest
Well it's 4 days later and the liver cleanse seems to have cleared out my digestive tract and normalized my bowel movements. If I ever decide to do that again I will try the lemon juice. I started the OPC on Monday and am now taking 1.5 teaspoons 3 times daily. My goal is to get to a tablespoon per serving. I plan on adding Inositol/IP6 to my protocol. My question is on brand. There is Cell Forte Max3, but at the maxium dosage of 16 caps per day, you would blow through a bottle of 60 in less than 4 days at a cost of $31.50 plus shipping. Thats 8 bottles per month costing $252.00 plus shipping. Will other brands be sufficent for getting the Inositol/IP6 or is the Cell Forte Max3 the only brand being reported by users to be getting results? Guest guest
I've ordered supplements from this company before, they have a lot of very well priced products. Looks like they have Cell Forte Max 3 for $19.80, and a larger discount if you buy more. Doesn't look like the same brand though. http://www.herbspro.com/31814/CellForteMax3.htm oleander soup , " matthewalanmoore " <poppers5 wrote: > > Well it's 4 days later and the liver cleanse seems to have cleared out > my digestive tract and normalized my bowel movements.
