Guest guest
Tony, sorry to hear that you have a hernia. Can a truss or support push it in?Women get hernias too. I have one in my lower abdomen, could push it in with my hand. Quite large, and very uncomfortable. I got a four inch ace bandage, and rolled a sock into a ball. After I put the bandage around my abdomen, covering the hernia, I put the sock where the hernia is, so it was pushed in. I wore it all the time for three months, and now the hernia is almost completely healed. I was really gratified and surprised, because I have ovarian cancer, with large tumors extending my belly near the hernia. I was able to heal a hiatal hernia by pushing it in whenever it popped, also.I was away for 10 days on vacation, and not reading emails as much, limiting computer time now as well.Rhoda
Guest guest
Rhoda, something you have said may have rung a bell with me. I was able to heal a hiatal hernia by pushing it in whenever it popped, also. Where exactly was this pop? Okay....... For the last few days, sort of on the right hand side middle of my stomach it feels like all of a sudden a muscle bunches up. And I feel it. Like a ball. Kind of like........ Well, have you ever seen the movie "Alien?" It is excrutiatingly painful, and then it goes away, muscle flattens, and I feel relief. Aaaaaaaah!!!!!!!! Is this it, or am I having some kind of funny muscle cramp? Hugs, oleander soup , Rhoda Mead <hummingbird541 wrote:>> *Tony, sorry to hear that you have a hernia.
