It goes away with drinking water or even weirder.. If I drink alcohol before eating then eat I got no pain in the morning also I do not have diarhea or constipation.. Tried oleander for a year then other supplemwnts with no resolve what works is not eating late or drinking alcohol.. Guest guest
Hey Niko! How are you? My first question is why did you stop taking oleander? Avoid heavy meals at all times. And, what does your diet consist of? Eat a mostly raw diet. 80% raw, 20% cooked is a good combination. The cooked portion should consist of skinless baked or boiled chicken and fresh water fish. Stay away from sugar, all processed foods, sweeteners, junk foods, sweets, those comfort foods, and above all fast foods and carbonated beverages. If you are hungry, try not to eat all at once. Spread your meals out to a few small meals a day and don't eat late at night. This is harmful to your system and can lead to digestive discomorts. What type of alcohol are you consuming? Despite the fact that you may feel relief, alcohol makes many conditions worse. Slippery Elm should help. However, be careful with licorice. Don't take it if you have high blood pressure. Also, licorice causes anxiety in some people and prolonged use can lead to high blood pressure. Add digestive enzymes and probotics to your supplements. Utopia Silver, http://www.utopiasilver.com has an excellent product called Enzyme Plus. Don't forget to use Coupon Code LR001 for a 15% discount if it is not on sale. I hope you feel better my friend Hugs,. oleander soup , "boystyle" <boystyle wrote:>> Hello all,> > I am having this weird issue if I eat something late or too much then go to bed in the morning above my belly burton I experience sore sensation.. Guest guest
Niko Don't go to sleep right after eating. Go to bed two or three hours after your dinner. Melly
Guest guest
Hey Niko! I read Tony's post and I concur, you were taking a bit too much. As a preventative, Tony and I take one capsule about every two or so days. Be careful with licorice. It can cause anxiety in some people. Whooops! There goes that beating heart again. Just kidding, but seriously, take this into consideration. And prolonged use can cause high blood pressure. Slippery elm should help. Also, for the stomach acid, apple cider vinegar should help with that. Get the raw kind. Bragg's is good. One tablespoon mixed with raw honey 3 X a day. Glad to hear you are eating well and feeling much better. Try to make that one meal hours before you go to sleep and you should also feel better. Guest guest
Hey! thanks for the reply, I noticed something weird....I ate a good meal size last evening... at around 8 pm (thats where I usually get into problems), but I was reading about the apple cider vinegar(hehe i've seen your post this morning), I have bought the one with " mother " quite some time ago! Well I tried it out I took 2 table spoons right on top of the food once I got home, and went to bed looking forward for a disaster in the morning...guess what I woke up about 30 mins ago... and I feel great... I guess the apple cider vinegar is doing the trick! or at least for the moment Regards, Niko oleander soup , " May " <luellamay129 wrote: > > > Hey Niko! > > I read Tony's post and I concur, you were taking a bit too much.
