That's OK - it was just Jim yanking my chain with a Weird Al Yankovich video about hernia pain.

I too may have a hernia. Oddly, I HOPE it is a hernia, because the other

alternative is that it is a tumor in my groin area, which would be really bad

news. It does seem to come and go, which would seem odd for a tumor but perhaps

normal for a hernia. There is pain when it bulges, no pain when it does not. I

cannot do the splits.

 

I'm afraid to get it checked out, but I guess I have to soon. I've been

stalling until I can do a 2 month intensive round (6 pills a day) of

Sutherlandia OPC, along with my general regimen.

 

I also know I have a hernia near my belly button where the incision from an

operation 18 months ago has apparently weakened.
