Guest guest
Hi Mary,I found the email I think you are after and I have pasted it below for you. Hope this helps. I am keen to try it myself.Blessings,Eva.Re: liver cleanse Tuesday, March 10, 2009 11:57 PM "Sharron Albaugh" <sharron.albaugh Add sender to Contacts oleander soup Glad to Rhoda: It was very simple. The ingredients are Walnut Oil 16 ozs. Organic Apple Juice as much as you would like to drink with your oil and lemon juice. 16 ozs of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice. Some stores sell lemons that have been sprayed with a coloring agent avoid them. I started at 4 pm with 4 ozs of warmed Walnut Oil (I held the bottle of oil under hot water until the oil was warmer than room temp) and 4 ozs of apple juice at room temp. When the ingredients are warm they go down easier and mix easier, and the Walnut Oil has, as you would expect, a nutty flavor that isn't unpleasant. Try to keep the amounts to a minimum for each serving, because 16 ozs of oil, 16 ozs of apple juice, and 16 ozs of lemon juice in about an hour to an hour and a half makes for a very full belly and that can be uncomfortable. 16 ozs of fresh squeezed lemon juice followed about 10 minutes later. Second dose about 20 miniutes later, remember you have to get all of this down in less then two hours so that the oil doesn't start to affect the liver enough to start dumping toxins into the stomach, this is where you get the erps. Hint, I like and took the lemon juice straite because if you add apple juice to it it might taste better but you are adding more volume to what you need to drink. Third dose about 4:40. Your belly gets full and there doesn't seem to be enough room but otherwise still not unpleasant. This time I heated the apple juice a little to make sure that it mixes with the oil as well as it can. Lemon juice is really tart going down the third time and there seems to be a lot of acid belching. A little stomach massage while sitting up seems to help the gas come up better. DO NOT LIE DOWN, VERY BAD! Fourth one down at about 5:10. It took me a little longer to take the last 4 ozs of lemon juice because there just wasn't room. Walking around helped bring up gas, urinated that really helped make room. It took until 5:45 before I felt that there was enough room for the lemon juice. 9:30 my stomach has been a little delicate since the last of the lemon juice. Some heartburn from the lemon juice and belching gas, tastes like walnuts. 10:00 to 10:44 took some baking soda for heartburn it was uncomfortable. The heartburn continued to bother me throughout the night, and a feeling of bloating and fullness that was uncomfortable but I did manage to sleep for several hours. 4:48 to 5:35 I had three very small, very loose BM's about 2 or 3 tablespoons, but no green floaties and no bowel upset. 7 am Still very very bloated and full. It could be toxins being dumped by my liver, if so hooray, if not maybe the apple juice and lemon juice ran right through and left the oil undigested in my stomach, in which case I will be very disappointed. It has been 15 hours since I started the cleanse and the results have not been steller so far. 7:50 Finally some movement. Seems the whole system was backed up. BM was runny brown and a little crampy but not bad. Goodly amount and lots and lots and lots of green floaties from liver. Hooray!. Stomach feels 100% better. Still a little bloat but that should continue to lessen with each BM. 12:30 BM still lots of green floaties and more relief. This was the biggest BM. 1:15 another BM still lots of floaties 2:30 Still some green floaties but all other symptoms gone. I was surprised that the process took so long. I will do this one again next week. Rhoda: as you can see I took notes all through the process. My two daughters tried the epsom salt cleanse with grapefruit when their gallbladders acted up and I knew that I would never be able to keep it down so looked for an alternative and this one seemed so much gentler on the whole system. Hope it helps. Sharron On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 12:40 AM, Rhoda Mead <hummingbird541@ gmail.com> wrote: Sharron, can you please post your liver cleanse that doesn't include epsom salts.
