Thanks so much for that Rich. We use oregano oil for our brain-injured son's seizures! Magic stuff, but I can't use it on my skin without getting contact dermatitis, even 10% with 90% almond or olive oil. Strange, as I can take the capsules and eat the herb. I haven't made a tincture yet, but that might be worth a try.. The oatmeal sounds interesting! I'll do that at the the next dressing. No wonder it's clearing, with all these home remedies! There is a southerly autumn chill in the air in the mornings, so the oatmeal will warm my foot! Still can't wear shoes because of eczema on tops of ankles. It was wonderful getting sunshine on the feet yesterday.Question: Has anyone had experience with alpha lipoic acid [thioctic acid]? We used it to help remove mercury before and after amalgam removal and also for mercury removal years after mercury

filled vaccination. Would it help remove the unknown ingredients in the Foray 48B with which I was sprayed or is it just for heavy metals? It is so long ago since we used it.As a matter of interest, my dr told me that in Nottingham, UK, severe eczema is being treated successfully with the introduction of a tapeworm as it stimulates the immune system, {well it sounds as though it modulates] to resist the allergens or triggers! He also mentioned forgiveness, he said that when people forgive their eczema or cancer or whatever, it tends to heal. I mentioned that I am sure forgiveness is an element in healing, but I've never forgiven a disease, it was a person I needed to unconditionally forgive. How lovely it is to be able to talk with this man as an equal. He has never ridiculed me and has asked if he could put 2 other patients in contact with me if they were interested in trying the things I had done, He is genuinely

interested in finding a solution rather than just dishing out the drugs. However he will resort to antibiotics. Thanks again Rich - the people in this group have a colective wealth of knowledge.Love, Mara--- On Tue, 3/24/09, richmaj <richmaj wrote:richmaj <richmajRe: Infected nailoleander soup Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2009, 8:32 AM

A couple of things are good for the nail.

1. Oregano Oil on the nail.

OR

2. Soak your foot in cooked Oatmeal.

Enjoy!

I'm getting there ! I might be able to sleep in the same bed as DH soon, as the sheets no longer hurt it! Funny how everyone seems to stand on that toe or [mis]place chair legs on it! Especially DGS. He is only 15kgs, a featherweight, but put that on my toe and watch me react! His 2 yr birthday party was HELL with all the little ones. I spent a lot of time picking little kids up, as soon as they got close.. Not a burden - I love the little ones under normal circumstances.

Dr is OK with all the things I'm doing - he had said that if it isn't clear in 2 days, get an AB. I'd already had it for 10 days before I asked him to take a look! It isn't spreading. no red lines up the foot or leg, but of course, he tried scaring me about flesh-eating bugs! I showed him a tiny scar on my arm where a big hole had been when the eczema infected. I told him that I had cleaned it with silver, then filled the hole with transfer factor and manuka honey and it was clear 12 hours later. If only I could get the silver under the proud flesh growing over the nail!

Soooo...I read that awe-inspiring story of the guy who amputated his own arm and I snipped the proud flesh off with a pair of scissors which I'd soaked in silver. Talk about sweat!!! I did not make a sound as DH would have been appalled. It no longer throbs, just a steady bearable dull ache.

Today I have been sitting under a cloudless autumn sky, cutting up 60kgs of apples ready for juicing and/or dehydrating. I was smothered in coconut oil and the undressed toe caught some rays too!

Thanks so much for replying. Fantastic "bestest" group ever. Love you all!

Hi Mara,

How is your toenail? Sorry for the tardy response but my computer is DOWN. Monitor stopped working so must wait until the new monitor arrives before I am online more often.

You could soak it in colloidal silver. Not sure I would mix is with water though. Just use colloidal silver and soak your toe. You may want to use ionic silver. This would work well also..

Love back,
