Hi All,

First off, I would like to congratulate Sean for completing the liver cleanse. I too, finished it on Monday. Although it is not drawn out, (which works for me), it can not be said to be easy. What I am wondering is .... when I mix the epsom salts with water, how much water should be used? Also, it pretty much took me until morning before I started to eliminate large amounts of stones. I am curious if this is a sign of a sluggish liver? I am also wondering when and if I should do this again any time soon. Can anyone tell me if I am supposed to drink additional water throughout the cleanse?

I was able to pass around 300 and many were pea sized. What was interesting was that by Monday, which was my final day, my tongue felt and tasted like asprin had dissolved on it. I can only conclude that it must have been toxins eliminating from my liver. Also, from my first round of epsom salts I started with a very intense headache. By Monday, the base of my skull was very tight along with my neck, mid and lower back. I was able toget in to see my chiropractor who really gave me one of the best adjustments of my life. This was probably because I felt so tense. By the time I was finished, my head flet like it coul roll nicely offf my shoulders - it was wonderfully loose! In any case, I slept like a baby that night.

Lastly, I want to thank all of you for always sharing your best tips. I feel blessed and grateful to have this site to come to.

Kelly
