Next best thing to a fast eat organic produce while doing the cleasning. Liver flush is were you get the stones, that is the most incredible thing I have done, the liver is the forgotten organ nobody ever talks about it, most of the time people get kidney and liver confused, but when you see those stones come out, it is a great feeling.
