Guest guest
Katy, I decided against the cheaper source because I called the director several times. He said he couldn't recall the name of the lab that showed the reliability of the liposomal output. It had only been on the market for three months at that time, so I doubted that it has been tested. When I called Livon a couple of times yesterday, the customer service people said that some are taking up to 15 packets a day longterm, with no ill effects. They haven't heard of anyone with my bloody vomit, so I should cautiously go back to Lipo-c and look for other sources of illness. The side effect most common would be a mild tendency to diarrhea or abdomal gas or bloating. Someone is checking with the Vitamin C council and will let me know.. 15 packets is extremely expensive! More than in the usual IV-C, and can be taken daily. How useful it is I don't know. Rhoda
Guest guest
I actually ordered a bottle of the cheaper Vit C last week. Want to try each one and see if I feel any difference. Couldn't believe how quickly it got here, but I guess they are in Southern CA, and I'm in San Francisco. Got it yesterday. Took some last night and some this morning, and I feel really good today. I don't know if it's the Vit C or not, but I'm also starting to feel the effects of all the cleansing I've been doing lately. Quite honestly I usually never feel any effects of any supplements I've ever taken except those for cleansing. The two most effective things I've ever done for myself that I have felt all the difference from is 1) becoming a vegan raw foodist 8.5 years ago and 2) doing intestinal cleansing (mostly with the Arise & Shine line of products). I still try many different supplements but mostly to see if they work, or because I know they are good for me, but I can't say I distinctly notice a difference. I have been doing lots of liver/gallbladder cleansing, intestinal cleansing with Colosan, and kidney cleansing with herbs recommended by Andreas Moritz. I'm starting to feel like it's working. I had this interesting realization over the weekend after I did my 9th liver/gallbladder flush and got 300 more stones out. I imagined how much space was taken up by over 2000 stones that I got out so far. Wow, no wonder I've had candida for over a decade! It's amazing that anything works with all that gunk in there! I had a similar feeling when I was doing a lot of intestinal cleansing a few years back and getting rid of massive quantities of mucoid plaque. It's amazing that our bodies survive with all that stuff. Realizing all of that made me so much more patient. I know that I often have this impulse to find some product that will just fix everything or will just get rid of the candida. I think it's the same impulse that makes many people run to their doctors to fix whatever symptoms they have, instead of dealing with the cause, because the cause is so much more work to deal with. I told myself that I have no right whining about how stubborn candida is until I get all this garbage out of my system. But it's very possible that I feel particularly good today because of the Vit C. :-) oleander soup , Rhoda Mead <hummingbird541 wrote: > > *Katy, I decided against the cheaper source because I called the director > several times.
