Guest guest
Well I just gave my hubby the news that grapefruit juice may help with the taste of the epsom salts and he just gave me the stink eye! Last summer when we did it together I told him to quit the whining and SUCK IT UP - after all that partying we did at university? It's the liver's form of payback. Janet off to buy a few cans of apple juice to get started...
Guest guest
Liver Cleanse was not to bad, I started it on Tuesday at 4pm and had great results by Wednesday 7:30pm. I used Walnut Oil and Apple Juice and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Got it all down in less than two hours. Had lots of crud from my liver. Not to bad an experience. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I did not use the Epsom Salts so managed to avoid the yuckkys. Had excellent results without it. Lots and lots of liver stones in the thousands. I am considering doing it again next weekend.
