Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and would appreciate it if someone could offer

some thoughts to my situation.

To the best of your knowledge is this product a blood thinner? My wife

had a recirrance of a brain tumor that was surgically removed in 2000.

She wants to go ahead with brain surgery and is concerned about her

blood since the surgeon recommended no aspirin, herbs or fish oils two

weeks before surgery. Funny the doctors here insist that herbs do

nothing yet when it suits them it does have some sort of effect. I

want to build her immune system as much as possible before surgery so

I want her to take the product. Any thoughts?

Thanks all.

Hi Dino,

The S/OPC has a very slight blood-thinning effect but I have never had a single case where it caused a problem for anyone. As far as the brain surgery is concerned, make sure that the surgeon is absolutely certain that there won't be any major damage. You don't want your wife to come out of the operation minus the cancer and also minus all comprehension of who she is.

Also, make sure that your wife is taking enough NAC and Curcumin.
