Interesting -- I have the mixture down to about 30% of the original water volume. The leaves have been removed and it has been filtered. The mix looks and smells just like barley malt! I used to make my own beer, and it really does look and smell like what I used to come up with in home brewing, before adding the yeast and allowing the fermentation process to proceed. But I'm not going to bottle it and carbonate it and drink 12 - 48 ounces at one sitting -- that probably wouldn't be so good for me. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
