Guest guest
I had a friend who used to take B vitamins whenever he sunk into a mild depression - they reliably lifted his spirits almost immediately. When I tried it, they made me immediately incredibly snarly aggressive - if there was no one around to pick a fight with, I'd call friends until I found one to argue with; the phenomena lasted for several hours, and from my point of view wasn't unpleasant. This happened on several different occasions - I no longer take B vitamin supplements! ---Deb Marshall
Guest guest
How just that fit with you tongue, pulses and symptoms, Deb? Do you have the tendency to be more yin or yang? Guest guest
I certainly agree with you Mary. Just today, i was looking for food sources of COQ10 and, aha, found it is available in meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Frying diminishes COQ10, and boiling does not. More or less we know where vitamins A, B, C, COQ10, D and E are found in food. Oh boy, hope we don't get too fat chasing around for them. My question is does yeast have B6? Guest guest
Melly. I'm not sure if baker's yeast has vitamin B6 in it, but i know that Liver, Rabit, Fatty fish, cod, Turkey, Green Red Raw peppers, Hazel nuts, Peaunuts, Cashews, Bacon, Beef, Pork, wheat germ, Chicken, Potatoes, Wheat Bran, Bananas, Tuna, Lentils, Tempeh and Molasses all have Vitamin B6 . As for getting fat eating this foods ? this is our dinner or lunch how can we get fat eating in moderation our dinner? this foods dont contain any sugar and the fat in them is good fat, i think !!!
