Tell her you do not have any alternative crap, just proven alternative good things that might save her life.

Have her take a look at the Berkson clinical study where three other women faced either death, horrific interferon with almost no chance of success and/or liver transplants. All three had their liver functions normalized with only diet and lifestyle changes plus milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid and selenium:

And, when it comes to oleander being crap or not, tell her that two different oleander medicines are currently in FDA trials. Maybe that will get past the mainstream threshold.

Or she can just die.

Let's see, change my diet, get a bit more exercise and sunshine, take three anti-oxidants and perhaps something that has a proven use as a medicine outside the US for over 40 years and is in FDA trials or die?
