I was wondering if I should be taking OPC with my meals or on and

empty stomach.

I've been taking with my meals and vitamins and stuff and got thinking

that that may not be the best way to take it.

Actually, Carl, taking it with meals might be best because of the gastric side effects, although I take it on an empty stomach with no problems.Inositol/IP6 should be taken separately, say, with a two hour span before or after supplements, because of its chelating effects. oleander soup , "Carl Fritch" <carlfritch wrote:>> I was wondering if I should be taking OPC with my meals or on and> empty stomach.> > I've been taking with my meals and vitamins and stuff and got thinking> that that may not be the best way to take it.> > Carl>

On the other hand, I seem to recall one of our members saying that their stomach distress pretty much went away when they took it on an empty stomach per Marc's instructions.

Most people have few if any side effects. I jumped right in with a full dose of very potent "oleander soup", then later OPC, and never had more than a bit of loose stool.

Those who are less foolhardy and more sensible than me should start off small and then work their way up to a full dose.
