Guest guest
It is a sad testimony about human nature that these moderators act this way. It is also a testimony about Tony and . It really takes skilled leaders to negotiate through all the personalities. I'm on a group that is in the process of imploding. It's a group that talks about holistic dental isues for children. Some amazing info came out of that group. Then we got a couple of very knowledgable dentists and hygienists on there and the moderator couldn't handle it. One wrong suggestion and she screamed that they were advocating the tramuatization of children (talk about projection). The group split into two and now neither one posts very much at all anymore. On the other hand, I've been a moderator and leader of support groups and you can get some real wingnuts. I once had a lady who was so psychologically abusive that it took me a year to stop thinking about her. Yes, in this life we have to deal with the cooooks but what a dran shame that it occurs when we are trying to give or receive help!
