Guest guest
Hi, groups, Lately I have using Borox two tb.sp. in bottle water spray to wash my hair. It makes my hair soft/shining/smooth that I don't feel like to use my own shompoo anymore. I read somewhere you can even take tiny amount daily with 1 liter water daily to help your bone health. I have been trying to find the causes of my whole body deep sorness bone pain(bone scan has no findings), which I have been suffering for more than 20 years. My question is is it safe to take borox tiny amount daily long term? Helen
Guest guest
Yes, you can take borax internally - 1/8 tsp dissolved in water daily. See: http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/borax.html http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/borax2.html http://www.curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=856737 Here is a good article by Life Extension Magazine: http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2003/nov2003_report_boron_01.htm It discuses a study where borax/boron was taken for roughly 165 days. If you are going to take borax daily for an extended time you must be careful not to take too high a dose. I am not sure what amount of borax that would be. - Steve oleander soup oleander soup On Behalf Of Helen WangMonday, January 26, 2009 2:18 PMoleander soup Subject: borox Hi, groups, Lately I have using Borox two tb.sp. in bottle water spray to wash my hair.
