Guest guest
At <breastcancerchoices.org> there's a wealth of information about Iodine. For one, while Iodoral pills are more expensive than Lugol's solution, it's easier on the stomach. However, Lugols can be used topically, especially if mixed with DMSO. Also from the above source: The companion nutrients to 50 mg daily of iodine are: 3,000 mg Vitamin C600 mg magnesium oxide (however, my own research indicates that while oxide is the cheapest form, it's least bioavailabe and may cause diarrhea). 200 mcg selenium1,000 no-flush niacin, divided300 mg B2, divided.Shalom, RhodaPS. Iodine is useful for all cancers, not only hormone-positive ones like prostate cancer. Our food industry has been adding bromine to bread and other foods, where it replaces iodine in our bodies. We require iodine for many processes beyond thyroid function. PPS. , The long message chock- full of iodine research is terrific. Thanks for getting it for us.
