First aid kit must have's, I'm not Butch, but this is what I have in mine

(when I'm in stock and I'm out right now,)

Rose hydrosol

Lavender Hydrosol

Lavender and Roman Chamomile massage oil for children

Chesty cream

Nappy Rash cream which doubles as an antiseptic cream.

Tea Tree

Bugg Off

and am thinking of getting some catnip to add to the bugoff.

Some of these are obviously recipe's. I came up with most of them with I was

running an Aromatherapy biz.

Nappy Rash cream is Beeswax mixed with Jojoba oil, Lavender and R. Chamomile

Bugg Off is Lemon Tea Tree, Lavender, Geranium and some Lemon Eucalyptus oil

mixed in a carrier. Like I mentioned before, I am thinking of getting some of

Butch's catnip to add to it.

I just KNOW he's going to say that I don't need the rest of the stuff, but

HEY, can't hurt! ;-)

Oh! Chesty Cream is R. Chamomile, Lavender and Lemon Eucalyptus oil

Cheers!

Activated charcoal is a must for poisoning emergencies. I'd also add MMS... for its ability to neutralize almost any toxin, poison, chemical or metal quickly.

First Aid Kit

It is always advisable to be prepared for emergencies. Below is a list of some items to have on hand should the unforeseen occur and medical help is not available. I invite everyone to add to this list for a more complete First Aid Kit.

colloidal silver - found by researchers to defeat antibiotic resistant virus/bacteria

oil of wild oregeno- strong antibiotic

Garlic cloves (raw, whole, oil) dont use unscented its weak. Garlic with allicin content of 10 mg = 150 units of penicillin in lab research

EsterC or generic ester c (calcium ascorbate)

Apple cider vinegar (with the mother) a panacea for many ailments

Tea tree oil- good for all skin problems- rashes, burns, acne, cuts, scrapes, warts, shingles, poison ivy, eczema. Has antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. One drop on toothbrush = good natural toothpaste.

stablized oxygen- fights resistant strains of bacteria and virus. Purify water.

Myrrh resin- defeats mutant strains of virus/bacteria - one drop of myrrh in one teaspoon of water is held under tongue for a few minutes 3-4x/day. And it can be rubbed into bottom of feet 1-3x/day.

Raw honey - Antimicrobial, antibiotic, antifungal, can be ingested or applied externally to help healing.

Cayenne pepper (tincture or powder) - To stop bleeding internally or externally. Can mix with honey and apply to wounds to help healing and prevent scarring.

Love this idea.

, you mention Essiac. Can you explain why you like it as a

first aid remedy? Love it for other things.

Janet

who backpacked with hubby and 2 little girls through Central America

for two years with this in her first aid kit:

acidophilous, vit c, lavendar essentail oil, arnica and tea tree oil.

Hi Janet, Essiac is another immune building herb and a good cancer fighter. Just another piece to the puzzle. And wooooops! I didn't mention Sutherlandia/OPC or Oleander Soup. Those should be a must, speaking of a strong immune system and cancer preventative.Hugs, oleander soup , lostrin <lostrin wrote:>> Love this idea.> > , you mention Essiac. Hope I didn't overlook it in the responses ...but I have to have either dry or hydrated calcium bentonite clay in the FA kit for bites of all kinds and even bleeding plus much more.
