Turmeric versus curcumin and cruciferous vegetables

Broccoli sprouts is much much more nutritious and healthier than the cruciferous

vegeetables. It is very easy to do it if you have a good sprouter. I keep

making it now. In three days time, i got good sprouts. So i shall sprinkle it

with turmeric a bit of oil (turmeric is oil soluble) and a tiny tiny pinch of

black pepper. I hope this works and keeps us healthy.
