Guest guest Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 Broccoli sprouts is much much more nutritious and healthier than the cruciferous vegeetables. It is very easy to do it if you have a good sprouter. I keep making it now. In three days time, i got good sprouts. So i shall sprinkle it with turmeric a bit of oil (turmeric is oil soluble) and a tiny tiny pinch of black pepper.
