Mary, some of the things you know are incredible! Can you please write how to make transdermal magnesium oil. How much do you use? Does it need to be refrigerated? How long does it keep? And also the recipe for how much baking soda with magnesium chloride. Mix with water, with oil?

Hey Rhoda how you doing girl.

you have been very quite lately, i was going to send you a post and ask you when i saw you massage, happy you are ok.

Now Rhoda, i my be wrong but this is my recipe for me.

1 litre of filtered water.

3 tablespoons magnesium chloride flakes.

you mix and it becomes clear, this is your trandermal, oil of magnesium you put it in a spray bottle and keep in a dark cool place, use externally on painful areas, tired feet ect. ( you also can mix in your hands some magnesium water with iodine and apply )

P.S. I use the water to also cleanse my face, feels fantastic.

magnesium water with bacarbonate.

2 litres of filtered water.

3- 4 tablespoons magnesium chloride flakes.

3 tablespoons bacorbonate soda.

3 tablespoons ascorbic acid vit C.

put in a glass bottle and keep in dark cool place.

dose- 1- 2 teaspoons of the mixture in a glass of water twice daily.

If you dont get diarrhea, you up the dose to 1 tablespoon twice daily

Also here is an article by Walter Last, about magnesium chloride.

Have a nice day and good luck.

Hugs Mary

Dave,

Global Light sells MgCl made from sea water

http://www.globallight.net/Magnesium_30.html

MgCl is what is used to melt snow and ice on roads so it's available

by the truckload although I wouldn't know about the purity of the

industrial grade. A search for Magnesium chloride will bring up pages

and pages of industrial sources in bulk.
