How much do you use? Does it need to be refrigerated? How long does it keep? And also the recipe for how much baking soda with magnesium chloride. Mix with water, with oil? Now Rhoda, i my be wrong but this is my recipe for me. 1 litre of filtered water. 3 tablespoons magnesium chloride flakes. you mix and it becomes clear, this is your trandermal, oil of magnesium you put it in a spray bottle and keep in a dark cool place, use externally on painful areas, tired feet ect. ( you also can mix in your hands some magnesium water with iodine and apply ) P.S. I use the water to also cleanse my face, feels fantastic. magnesium water with bacarbonate. 2 litres of filtered water. 3- 4 tablespoons magnesium chloride flakes. 3 tablespoons bacorbonate soda. 3 tablespoons ascorbic acid vit C. put in a glass bottle and keep in dark cool place. dose- 1- 2 teaspoons of the mixture in a glass of water twice daily. A search for Magnesium chloride will bring up pages and pages of industrial sources in bulk.
