You have the recipe but you dont take enough of it, go to the ocean more often, or better yet if you dont have any problems with your heart, put 1 cup bacarbonate soda. 1 cup epsom salt. 1 cup sea salt. In your bath tub and have a relaxing bath for 1/2 hour ( 3 times a week ) do not rub dry, that way you get your magnesium more often. Buying the magnesium flakes it's better though because you can make the oil, plus drink it. I also use the oil of magnesium on my face as cleanser, it take all the dirt and grame off and makes the face feel very nice and clean. Good luck ordering the flakes Melly. I've been looking at health food stores for liquid magnesium chloride and no one has it.
