Guest guest
If you get a good coconut (with 3 eyes still white and not gray or black) poke two eyes and catch the coconut water/juice in a glass and drink or refrigerate to cool but not for long as this also somewhat ferments. Do not drink coconut water that is warm, you might get upset stomach. Cooled young coconut juice is really delicious. Get a mature coconut, break open, no don't drink its juice. Get the meat by slightly hammering around the hard shell. The meat will separate and you can get it in bigger chunks. Cut up the chunks, put in your masticating juicer and you will have real fresh coconut milk/cream. No need to add anything. Drink or use this milk asap as it ferments quickly unrefrigerated. When you see the cream separating, this is a sign to quickly use it. Unrefrigerated cream separates or begins to ferment within half an hour from juicing/pressing. An 8 oz of cream is equivalent to ingesting 3 TBSPs of virgin coconut oil. I have to warn you, the cream is just too heavy on the tummy and really won't make you hungry until mid afternoon, that is, if you took it at breakfast time.
