Sharing a recipe that calls for 16 OUNCES OF SUGAR in a forum full of people trying to beat cancer and/or keep it at bay might be considered a crime alright!

And here I have been holding off on posting the recipe to my dream pie because it calls for a single can of sweetened condensed milk . . .

You're right. Thankfully I do not have any health challenges other than psoriasis, but regardless, a dramatic shift to health has occurred in many aspects of my life, including diet. It doesn't mean that I don't miss many of the classic recipes from my family's collection. (Honestly, I miss making them way more than I miss eating them!) Now, to me, they are just reading material. I do still firmly stand by my other coconut recipes I posted however. Homemade coconut products are better than tinned any day, plus they are easy to make and stupidly cheap.
