Guest guest
For whatever reason, I seem to have sold a good number of my ebooks to folks in New Zealand. Maybe because the NZ folks are not as brainwashed as the Aussie neighbors when it comes to natural and alternative healing. Anyway, one of my first book sales was to a guy who wrote a book about coconuts, a cookbook of sort and I think the title was something like the Crazy (or Krazy) Coconut Cook Book. It was a really great and quirky little book and I regret to say that I lost it as well as the email address of the person who sent it. We corresponded many times, but I lost the emails when I lost a domain name that had the email service and lost a couple of letters along with the book while a volunteer at the Rehab Place (where you are lucky to get out with the clothes on your back - chaos does not even begin to describe what wnet on there sometimes!). Maybe SOMEBODY in NZ might look around and see if they could find it? It was a smallish, thin hardcover book, if that helps. I would love to have another copy. oleander soup , Maracuja <howdurdago wrote: > > Hello Pam, > Don't get the supermarket varieties - they have all been " stabilised " . Can't remember what the stabiliser is now. Ceres Whole Foods put out an organic one which needs a heap of mixing as it separates without the stabiliser.. Guest guest
You know, it may have actually been Fiji?? The following book looks a lot like what was in the coconut cook book I once had on the inside (though the cover looks different - perhaps an updated version?): http://books.google.com/books?id=5Ts1XT8Nnd8C & dq=Unforgettable+Coconut+Cookbook & printsec=frontcover & source=bl & ots=iaeNXeRqGv & sig=9nqswwfU6YXSdCin68VvNalnei8 & hl=en & sa=X & oi=book_result & resnum=2 & ct=result#PPP1,M1 Or maybe not. When it comes to coconut, Bruce Fife has authored a couple of very good coconut cookbooks too (Cooking with Coconut Flour: A Delicious Low-Carb, Gluten-Free Alternative to Wheat and The Coconut Oil Miracle) The best source I know of for coconut flour is our friends at Wilderness Family Naturals . Yes, I am an affiliate with them, the same as I am with Mountain Rose Herbs . oleander soup , "Pam Griffin" <pgriff wrote:>> Will certainly have a look out there....Pam NZ> - > Tony > oleander soup > Saturday, January 10, 2009 2:12 PM> In search of the crazy coconut cook book> > > For whatever reason, I seem to have sold a good number of my ebooks > to folks in New Zealand.
