Guest guest
B3 and no-flush niacin are not the same. I'm very susceptible to regular niacin and even 50 mg causes a 20 minute rash. However, I recently added 500 mg x 2 of no-flush niacin to my lengthy list of supplements. It is a companion nutrient to Iodine, according to <www.breastcancerchoices.org> The list owners said that no-flush will work. I wonder whether it will help my increasing brain fogs.
