Guest guest
I just reviewed Tony's Natural anti-Cancer protocol, and I'm a little confused on the iodine. The protocol says one should get at least 100 mg of iodine a day, but it is unclear if this is 100 mg of potassium iodide or 100 mg of iodine. I would think it would be the former. 100 mg of straight iodine seems like a huge dose. 100 mg of potassium iodide contains about 225 mcg of iodine, which seems like a more reasonable dose. I am currently taking kelp pills that claim to have 150 mcg of iodine in them. I take about 10 a day (!) which is 1500 mcg, which may be too much (???) Guest guest
jrrjim, I hope Tony sees your response. I believe he meant 100 mcg, not mg!
