Thank you Steve. Do you use food grade H202? I have done a lot of reading on this subject and the one thing that concerns me is that they always use phrases as "proceed with caution" and one states "use at your own risk." So yes, one must indeed use be very careful. I did read that with regard to humidifiers, one must not exceed 3% H202. I would assume this to also include nebulizers. By the way, I read that you should never spray it in your nostrils. Some sites will tell you to only use food grade H202. Others will tell you not to use the food grade, but the peroxide bought in a drugstore.I have read of the benefits of using H202 but, and I will put this in caps for emphasis YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. It is nothing to experiment or play with.My personal opinion........ Colloidal silver does the very same thing with no side effects and no danger of overdosing. This includes putting it in humidifiers and nebulizers.oleander soup , "Norton, Steve" <stephen.norton wrote:>> I have used H2O2 in a nebulizer with no problems. H2O2 is powerful and can cause a herxamer reaction in some cases that could be dangerous in the lungs. Smokers have to be especially cautious. I have heard of at least one instance that the H2O2 cause an overdose of nicotine caused be the release of nicotine from old smoke deposits in the lungs. One should start with a weak solution and work up gradually to stronger solutions of H2O2 using none stronger than 3 percent. > - Steve

,I use food grade H2O2 but I have also used drug store H2O2 before. You just have to find a brand that does not use preservatives in the :H2O2. This is not always easy to determine. The inhaler used is inhahed through the mouth and not through the nose.I have also used H2O2 plus colloidal silver, mixed 50/50. - Steve-oleander soup <oleander soup >oleander soup <oleander soup >Sun Jan 04 16:02:00 2009 Re: H202 and LungsThank you Steve.
