I've been healing arthritis for years using a cool air humidifier. I

recommend the $39 Hunter model at Wal-Mart only because it has a five-

year warranty.

Empty one 32-ounce bottle of hydrogen peroxide ino the water container.

Once the bottle is empty, fill it twice more with tap water.

Place the humidifier at the head of the bed. Turn it on before you go

to sleep. Turn it off when you get up.

Initially, do that three times a week on alternating nights.

After the arthrtis is gone (in about a week), use the humidifier twice

a week.

A side benefit will be energy levels that go through the roof.

Hi Mary,

Just a thought, but, most humidifiers have polycarbonate containers. These leach bpa into the water. Not sure if this would pose a threat in breathing that in.

For the info, i din't think of it.

What if they use face steamers, would that be ok ? as i don't want any of my friends to fix one problem, by creating another.

Sorry I can't help, Mary. Don't know if the humidifier would be any problem, really. Just a concern. If it isn't #7 plastic, it may be fine.

My standard answer is CMO. I have arthritis all over my body. CMO is more effective than any of the arthritis drugs, and I rate it as effective as 50 mg of Hydrocodone. Michael L. Hello everyone,After a couple messages on this topic luella said that we aren't supposed to use h2o2 in a cool air humidifier. I was wondering about that. I have done this for awhile to try and enrich the air since I now live in the big city. Blessings,Sean. Hi Sean,I am no authority on H202. However, I stated that I "read" that it should not be used in a nebulizer. This is much different. Let me do some serious research on this and get back to you. Hugs, oleander soup , restrictionsapply wrote:>> Hello everyone,

Oh, I gotcha. Sorry I misunderstood. :-) I will take a look myself and see what I can come up with. I read one book about h2o2 and it seems like it can be beneficial if utilized properly. I'm always on the lookout for things to help heal my lungs and liver. (Very poor choices as a young man!) And right now I use a very very weak h2o2 solution but I may ramp up the amt in the humidifier. The other thing I would add to this is rather than using 3% h2o2 from the market, use 35% from the health food store and dilute accordingly. The 3% has lots of stabilizers and who knows what else in it. Blessings from the freezing cold and windy hills of seattle,Sean. I have used H2O2 in a nebulizer with no problems. There are many who also use inhalers filled with 3 percent H2O2. However it must be done with caution. H2O2 is powerful and can cause a herxamer reaction in some cases that could be dangerous in the lungs. Smokers have to be especially cautious. I have heard of at least one instance that the H2O2 cause an overdose of nicotine caused be the release of nicotine from old smoke deposits in the lungs. One should start with a weak solution and work up gradually to stronger solutions of H2O2 using none stronger than 3 percent. - Steve-oleander soup <oleander soup >oleander soup <oleander soup >Sun Jan 04 13:49:52 2009 Re: Arthritis helpHi Sean,I am no authority on H202. What is the difference between a nebulizer and a vaporizer?

Hi Andre,With a nebulizer, you breathe in the contents directly with a mouthpiece or a mask. A vaporizer humidifies the room with the contents from one location.oleander soup , "anjuvick" <andre wrote:>> ,> > What is the difference between a nebulizer and a vaporizer?> > Thanks,> > Andre> > >

A nebuliser is used with a mask - usually for the delivery of asthma drugs. A humidifier/vaporiser is for humidifying a room. Often the hot steam ones are used with eucalyptus, tea tree oil, menthol, or Friars Balsam etc., for clearing lung congestion.Maracuja--- On Sun, 1/4/09, Norton, Steve <stephen.norton wrote:Norton, Steve <stephen.nortonRe: Re: Arthritis helpoleander soup Date: Sunday, January 4, 2009, 12:52 PM
