Guest guest
Hey! I have used a combination of Hemp seed oil, Lavender EO, Tea tree EO, & Emu oil. You can do a search on the internet to see some other methods. Bree ===========clairisant2000 <Clairisant wrote: does anyone out there have a suggestion as to what to do to treat spider bites? Guest guest
Activated Charcoal is great for spider bites (or any type of bite or infection). It " sucks up " toxins Really well. I used it on my husband who'd gotten a Black Widow spider bite and within 3 days you couldn't even tell he'd gotten bitten (vs the year Before when he'd gotten bitten and ended up in the ER with IV antibiotics on the 3rd day.) Activated Charcoal comes in capsules (found in any herb or health food store). Just open up a couple of capsules into a small bowl, put a Tiny amount of water into the bowl also, just enough to make a paste. Dab some onto the bite/cut/whatever and put a bandaid over it (it's messy). Repeat 3 to 4 times a day. The Charcoal should also be given by mouth~ 3 to 4 times per day, along with other herbs to boost the immune system & kill infection. Or, whatever homeopathic remedy or remedies are appropriate. For children who can't swallow, it's easy to get them to take it also. Open up a couple of capsules into another bowl and mix with the child's favorite jam/jelly/applesauce. It will turn completely black, but the Charcoal has no taste so the child will only taste the jam/jelly/applesauce/whatever. Activated Charcoal can also be taken for acid indigestion or even food poisoning (ERs use it for food poisoning/pumping stomachs). HTH~ Jan G. Guest guest
Rhoda do a Google search on treatment for spider bites. specifically electric shocks - from a 12 volt battery, seems to change the poison to a harmless protein. - same for snake bites and other insect stings. I am not sure how quick this needs to be administered. I have a mini electric shocker for mosquito bites I would do any kind of detox to clear the poisons out of your system. regards Annette
