Guest guest Posted December 24, 2008 Report Share Posted December 24, 2008 One of our newer members, who happens to be a herbalist who know more about herbs and tinctures than I will ever pretend to (she is the CureZone member who makes the Cayenne tincture both and myself use, along with many other wonderful Dr. Schulze and Dr. Christopher formulas), has been lurking here for awhile and will hopefully be introducing herself to the group shortly. Unfortunately, the article didn't mention heat units but it is important. More heat = more capsiacin = greater effectiveness.
