Guest guest
Hi Mary When you say " friendly bacteria " do you mean probiotics. I have been feeling nauseas for a few weeks. Will the probiotics help settle the nausea? or do I need something else. Also does anybody know if it is ok to take an anti inflammatory like nurofen plus (ibuprofen 200mg and codeine phosphate 12.8mg ) I am taking them because of a very inflamed shoulder joint which is giving me all sorts of grief, and keeping me bedridden. Regards Kim > pocketbook has hit every body lately to say the least, but you must take the most improted supplements, for the sake of your health, and ofcource oleander should be the number one. by the way are you taking frendly bacteria for the tummy upsets ? take care and dont worry to much, things will settle down. > > Hugs Mary

Guest guest
Hey there Kim. Yes friently bacteria is probiotics like ( Inner health powder) witch contains Acidophilus - bifidobacterium and Colostrum, i buy the powder one it contains more i think plus it's easy to take and goes strait to the blood stream instad of the stomache first, of cource this is only my opinion. As for nausea ginger tea, or chewing on a little piece of ginger may help. Kim where are you in Melbourne ? i'm in Mount Waverley, i can make you a herbal pillow for your shoulder to use, ( For free ) and have a family member to pick at up, just let me know if you are intrested. Also you can use Arnica oil to massage the shoulder, or mixed dmso with Arnica oil. A good site in N Z, have dmso with free delivery the site is ( http://www.dmso.co.nz/ or http://www.dmso.net.nz/ hope this is helpful. Guest guest
Hey Kim - i forgot to tell you about ( peppermint, chamomile, fennel seeds, cardamon seeds, coriander seeds, caraway seeds for nausea, you crushed the seeds about 1 teaspoon put in a cup of hot water wait 5 minutes, strain and drink 3 cups a day add honey if you like, but the best of all herbs for nausea is basil leaves tea or eat the leaves. Good luck Hugs Mary - kim290155 oleander soup Friday, December 19, 2008 3:34 PM re friendly bacteria Hi MaryWhen you say "friendly bacteria" do you mean probiotics. Guest guest
Thanks I'm taking the CS and Flax Seed Oil, I can't afford to add the gold at the moment but will try and add the trace minerals and joint support. I'm in Australia so will have to hunt down some alternatives. The CS I have is 40ppm and the dose is 1 tablespoon times 3 per day. Our Tbls is 20ml so that would be equivalent to 4 of your tbls per day. Is this right? Guest guest
Dear Kim, Ibuprofen is toxic to the liver as well as tylenol or (acetaminophen). If you feel you must take it, at least take liver supporting herbs like Milk thistle, Dandelion, Artichoke, SAMe (not an herb). Best scenario would be to get off the stuff truly...try other means, Accupuncture, MSM, Boswellia, Bromelian, Valerian Root, Kava Kava. Guest guest
I would also recommend magnesium oil to rub into the sore area. Janet
Guest guest
Hi Kim,Actually, you only need colloidal silver that has 20 ppm. Also, if it is difficult to locate the necessary supplements in Australia, http://www.utopiasilver.com does ship overseas. And by using Code LR001, you get a 15% discount on all items that are not on sale.I could be wrong, but I do believe that your 20 ml is equivalent to one of our tablespoons.Hugs, oleander soup , "kim290155" <kim.watson wrote:>> Thanks > > I'm taking the CS and Flax Seed Oil, I can't afford to add the gold at> the moment but will try and add the trace minerals and joint support.> I'm in Australia so will have to hunt down some alternatives.> > The CS I have is 40ppm and the dose is 1 tablespoon times 3 per day.> Our Tbls is 20ml so that would be equivalent to 4 of your tbls per> day.
